Patriot's Dream Return Policy
Patriot's Dream Farm takes great pride in the items selected for sale at our farm and on our website. We at Patriot's Dream Farm will warranty handcrafted goods for manufacturing defect based upon the item purchased. All items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date, with original packaging, copy of invoice and brief letter or note describing the reason for return.
For items manufactured by an off-site manufacturer, the manufacturer will warranty the item and provide warranty service. Please contact our Patriot's Dream customer service department for return authorization information. Shipping and/ or restocking fees may apply.
For bath products handmade at the farm, please expect that our pledge for using the best quality and no artificial preservatives will affect the shelf life of the products. If there is an item which is not up to standard, please let us know, and we will replace it free of charge. We may choose to send you return shipping in order to inspect the goods, so as to prevent any shortcomings in the future.
For jewelry and other crafted items, these are warrantied for one year from date of purchase against manufacturing defect.
Incorrect item? If you are sent the incorrect item, please contact Patriot's Dream customer service, we will send you the correct item. Occasionally. we will send you return authorization in order to have the original item returned to us. If this is the case, a hold may be placed on you account until the other item has been returned.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from Patriot's Dream Farm, please contact customer service so that we may work to rectify the situation. If you simply change your mind about an item you purchase, you may exchange any crafted item for credit within our store. Bath products and earrings cannot be exchanged. Shipping and/ or restocking fees may apply.
Backorders- Occasionally an item may not be available in the quantity requested. This is usually due to supplier stock, but Patriot's Dream will notify you immediately in this case. If the estimated shipment date is not acceptable, the customer has 48 hours from the time they are notified in order to cancel the shipment. This cancellation must be acknowledged by our customer service department in order to be valid. Contact our customer service department with any questions or for more information.
Return Freight- Return freight happens when a customer refuses to receiv a shipment. If this happens, we are charged the amount of the return freight, and will pass this on to the customer who refused the order. By placing an order with Patriot's Dream Farm, you agree to these terms.
