Death by Chocolate Cookies
Melt 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, add 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter, and mix well. Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup soy flour (mixed with 1/4 teaspoon baking powder), stir well. Add in 8 ounces white chcolate chunks and 2 cups chopped pecans, and stir completely. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees just until set around the edges. Cool on wire rack.
